How long does it take to receive the final video?

Standard turnaround is 1-2 business days after filming. Need it sooner? We offer fast-tracked delivery on request.

Can I request changes after the first edit?

Absolutely. All packages include one round of revisions - and we’ll make sure you’re happy with the final result.

Do you travel for shoots outside Canberra?

Yes! We’re based in Canberra but available for travel across Australia and internationally. Travel fees may apply depending on location.

What’s the best package for my business or property?

That depends on your goals. The Opulence and Momentum packages suit most listings and social content, while The Lab by Optix and tailored options are perfect for bigger stories or campaigns.

Do I need to provide a script or music?

Not at all. We’ll guide you through the process, and all packages include licensed music and basic scripting support where needed.

Can I get vertical or social-friendly versions of my video?

Absolutely. We deliver multiple formats, including vertical 9:16 versions designed to shine on Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Stories.

How do I book a shoot?
