1.3 Project Data
During filming and photography, we capture visual media which may include identifiable people, property interiors/exteriors, and location information. You warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from identifiable individuals.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. DATA RETENTION
5.1 Client Project Data
Raw footage, unedited files, working drafts, and project assets remain the exclusive property of Optix Media and are not supplied as standard, as set out in our Terms and Conditions. Where retained, these materials are held for up to 12 months after project completion for archival purposes only, after which they may be deleted at our discretion. Archival storage beyond 12 months is available as a paid service. Final delivered files are provided to clients under the licence terms set out in our Terms and Conditions.
5.2 Contact & Billing Information
Contact details and billing records are retained for as long as required by Australian tax law (currently 5 years from transaction).
5.3 Website Data
Website analytics data is retained for 12-24 months. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.
6. COOKIES
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to remember preferences, analyse performance, and provide personalised content. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Declining cookies may limit website functionality.

9. BUSINESS TRANSFER
If Optix Media is acquired, merged, or sold, your information may be transferred to the new owner. We will notify you of any material changes to this policy.
